Description

Graffiti on a wall of the Instituto Politécnico of the Rosario National University in Rosario, Argentina. It mimics a free pass bus card for students. The reference is to the desaparecidos, victims of forced disappearance during the dictatorship (1976-1983). It reads "Student pass - Valid in school hours - Last name: Subversive - First name: Unknown - State: Disappeared/Dead - This card is valid now and ever!". The line below, in red, reading "NUNCA MÁS" (Never Again) is a motto of human rights organizations against the dictatorship, and the title of a well-known report on missing people.
