Summary[edit]

Description Gradski toranj na kojeg se u 17. stoljeću dodaju dekorativni elementi, grbovi, portreti vladara iz habsburške dinastije. Ispod grba, (dodijeljenog 6. lipnja 1659) je dvoglavi orao s obje glave okrenute na istu stranu, koji stoji na posudi iz koje teče voda u more, je deviza IDEFICIENTER, što znači nepresušivo, a uz bistu cara Leopolda I. postavljena je i bista Karla VI., koji je grad Rijeku 18. ožujka 1719. godine proglasio slobodnom lukom.
