Summary[edit]

Description
English: Tioga Pass Entrance Station, Yosemite National Park, California - All U.S. national parks and monuments, including Yosemite, were closed during the 2013 U.S. federal government shutdown. According to a U.S. national park website that I checked during the period, several parks (mostly in Utah) had temporarily been reopened to accept donations, but Yosemite wasn't one of them. Yosemite did still have a few rangers posted at the gates and allowed through traffic, but all facilities inside the park were closed.
