Summary[edit]

Description
English: Goodyear Blimp's Columbia N4A, Model GZ-20A, at home base in Carson, California. N4A Columbia (VI,VII) was replaced in 1986 by a new Columbia (VIII) registered to N10A. In 1992 that Columbia was re-named Eagle and in 2002 it was re-named Spirit of America. The Spirit of America (N10A) was decommissioned and retired on August 10, 2015, at the Carson base. The Spirit of Innovation (N2A) will be relocated to the Carson base in September and remain until another new semi-rigid airship, the Zeppelin NT, is completed in 2016.
