Description
עברית: בית גודמן-רוטברג, ברח' רוטשילד 62, פתח-תקווה.

בקרב משפחת גודמן היה ויכוח נוקב לגבי השאלה אם לעלות לארץ ישראל או להישאר בפולין ארץ מולדתם. הפשרה היתה לעלות לארץ ולבנות בה בית זהה לבית מגוריהם בפולין. בית בעל יחוד ארכיטקטוני, חזיתו נבנתה מלבני סילקט.מבנה זה, שנקרא בית גודמן, נבנה בשנת תרפ"ז 1926, ע"י הקבלן רוטברד ובניו. הבית שתכנן היה כדגם ביתם בפולניה. גודמן נתן את המגרש, ורוטברד את הבניה.הבית בעל חזית מיוחדת במינה. אבני הסילקט שמהם נבנתה החזית הובאו מתל-אביב. כמו-כן, הובאו סתתים כדי להתאים את האבנים לצרכי הבנייה.

הבנייה ארכה שנה וחצי. בבית גרו בני משפחות הבית רוטברד וגודמן. לאחר שנים קנה רוטברד אותו מיורשיו של גודמן. הבית משמש היום למגורים.
