Description
English: High-visibility fluorescent yellow and orange vest worn as Belgian Red Cross uniform by the Operations Manager (directeur des opérations) in Brussels and Wallonia (French-speaking Community, German-speaking Community and Brussels-Capital). A Velcro strip on the back enables a patch to be affixed, identifying the supervisor's specific rank: 'DIR OPS'.
