Gilbert "Cloud Chamber": Circular steel base supported by three steel stands; a glass bulb sits on a black-coated steel stand; a red-coated wire is attached to the top of the bulb with a rubber stopper and connects to the deionizer; on both sides of the bulb, in a triangular formation, are two steel stands that support cylindrical compartments; inside the compartments are the tops of the steel stands; yellow- and black-coated wires come out of the closed end of the compartments and attach to the deionizer; the deionizer is an egg-shaped steel object with a flat steel base; it has wires emanating from both sides, a steel push button on top, and an electrical chord coming from its left side; a rubber hand pump can be attached can be connected to the glass bulb/chamber underneath the base. On base: "GILBERT / CLOUD CHAMBER" From product catalogue description: "Produces awe-inspiring sights! Enables you to actually SEE the paths of electrons and alpha particles traveling at speeds of more than 10,000 miles per SECOND!
