Description A completed bulkhead gate, shown Jan. 31, 2014, stored at the Oregon Iron Works facility in Vancouver, Wash., has been painted with all-weather coating and is ready to be prepared for final delivery. The gate will be trucked more than 600 miles to Folsom Dam near Sacramento, Calif., where it will be installed on a new auxiliary spillway in 2014.
