| Description |
English: Get the covers on - it's going to rain. This is the view from the top of the Radcliffe Road stand at Trent Bridge Cricket Ground, with County Hall on the right. In the distance, the tops of the cooling towers and chimney of Ratcliffe Power Station, six miles away to the south west and usually clearly visible, are ghostly outlines as the rain clouds sweep in, a sure sign that rain will shortly stop play. This time it passed over quickly and the Notts-Yorkshire game was only briefly interrupted 1601610. |
