Norsk bokmål: «Bukken Bruse» («Hvem er de som tramper på mi bru»), illustrasjon til folkeveventyret De tre bukkene Bruse, utført som akvarell (gouache, tegning) av Gerhard Munthe (1849–1929) i 1908. 48 X 72 cm. Fra samlingene til Norsk Folkemuseum, kopiert fra DigitaltMuseum. Beskåret versjon av innrammet bilde.
  • Hilmar Bakken skriver om bildet i sin bok Gerhard Munthes dekorative kunst (Gyldendal 1946) på sidene 96-98. Han forteller at Munthe i 1908 malte en versjon av eventyret «Bukkene Bruse» i akvarell på grå kartong, med et motiv som trolig går tilbake til 1896 eller tidligere. Kunstverket viser trollet som kommer ut av ei dør i fjellet og snakker til geitebukken på brua. Landskapet i bakgrunnen er inspirert av Kvarberg i Vågå og er naturalistisk uttrykt, som også trollet og geitebukken. «Bukken Bruse» er laget for barn, og trollet er like livaktig som i forestillingen til et lite barn. Kunstneren ønsket ikke mekaniske reproduksjoner av sine arbeider i kunstblader. I 1909 ble det likevel produsert en utmerket reproduksjon av «Bukken Bruse» i kromolitografi som er svært lik originalen. Denne reproduksjonen anses som en av de beste gjengivelsene av Munthes dekorative kunst.
