English: Georgian houses on Upper Merrion Street The architecture of the Georgian era (1714-1830) is very prominent in the older areas of Dublin, typically around the city squares. The red brick house in the middle of the image is 24 Upper Merrion Street, believed to be the birthplace of Sir Arthur Wellesley, 1st Duke of Wellington.
