Description Britain's Secretary of State for Defence Geoffrey Hoon (right) comments on his country's view of going to war in Iraq without a United Nations' resolution specifically authorizing military action during a joint press conference with Secretary of Defense Donald H. Rumsfeld (left) in the Pentagon on Feb. 12, 2003. Hoon and Rumsfeld met earlier to discuss the war on terror and the situation with Iraq.
