Հայերեն: Գեղամա լեռներ, հրաբխային լեռնաշղթա Հայկական լեռնաշխարհում՝ Հայաստանի կենտրոնական հատվածում՝ Կոտայքի, Գեղարքունիքի, Արարատի մարզերի սահմանագլխին, ձգվում են Սևանա և Արարատյան գոգավորությունների միջև՝ Հրազդան գետի վերին հոսանքից սկսած գրեթե միջօրեականի ուղղությամբ մինչև Վարդենիսի լեռների արևմտյան ծայրամասը, որին հանգուցվում են Գնդասար գագաթում։ Երկարությունը՝ շուրջ 70 կմ։ Առավելագույն բարձրությունը՝ 3597 մ (Աժդահակ լեռ)[1]։
English: Geghama Mountains, a volcanic mountain range in the Armenian highlands, in the central part of Armenia, at the border of Kotayk, Gegharkunik, Ararat marzes, stretch between the Sevan and Ararat depressions, starting from the upper reaches of the Hrazdan River, almost in the direction of the meridian, to the western edge of the Vardenis Mountains, ending at the Gndasar peak. The length is about 70 km. Maximum height: 3597 m (Mount Azhdahak)[1]. |
