Deutsch: Gedenktafel zu Ehren des deutschen Schriftstellers Joachim Heinrich Campes im Hammer Park in Hamburg. Der Stein stand ursprünglich vor Campes früherer Erziehungsanstalt am Hammer Deich und wurde erst nach dem Zweiten Weltkrieg in den Hammer Park versetzt.
