Description Commanding general of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ South Pacific Division, Brig. Gen. Dave Turner, holds a sample rock bolt during a visit to the construction site for the Folsom Dam auxiliary spillway in Folsom, Calif., Jan. 22, 2014.
