Medical audience: gastric adenocarcinoma - with poor-moderate differentiation (left part of image + spreading beneath non-malignant tissue), prominent intestinal metaplasia is present -- characterized by the presence of goblet cells (this is considered a risk factor for the development of adenocarcinoma), some normal foveolar epithelium is present.
