Galiella rufa (Schwein.) Nannf. & Korf Image location: Wilson River Primitive Reserve, New South Wales, Australia Button/cup type of fungi,with Concave caps up to about 3cm across the cap. The underside of these fungi were almost completely black. (hard to get a true representation of true black digitally) Found on dead wood amongst leaf litter. All of the specimens were in good condition. (The black was not deterioration) Recognized by sight
