Deutsch: Der Ganzkörperzähler dient der Inkorporationsüberwachung beruflich strahlenexponierter Personen. Er verwendet vier elektrisch gekühlte Reinstgermanium-Detektoren in Liegegeometrie.
English: The whole-body counter is used for the bioassay monitoring of people who are occupationally exposed to ionising radiation. It makes use of four high-purity germanium detectors in a stretcher geometry. |
