Description
Deutsch: Frontzahntrauma, 15 Monate alter Junge; Sturz von 6 Tagen; damals Gingivablutung aber wurde nicht weiter ernst genommen; jetzt: Fraktur der Zahnkrone, das koronale Fragment ist völlig beweglich, es wird praktisch nur noch durch die Pulpa im Mund gehalten; in den Frakturspalt haben sich Speisereste gesetzt, der Frakturspalt erscheint dadurch stark verbreitet und das bewegliche Kronenfragment stark elongiert. Auf den ersten Blick entsteht der Eindruck von einem Zahndurchbruch - also ab zwei Zähne an dieser Stelle stehen. Überweisung in eine Narkosepraxis zur Extraktion. Das Kind hat die ersten 6 Tage fast problemlos gegessen, es hat sich das Essen einfach etwas tiefer in den Mund geschoben.
