Object history Auctioned at Bruun Rasmussen on May 29, 2018 but not sold (Lot 879/212). Auctioned again on November 27, 2018 but not sold (Lot 883/140). Auctioned again on November 25, 2019 but not sold (1948/49).
Notes Provenance: The current owner has inherited the painting from his mother, née Tuxen. She was daughter of Henry Tuxen, who registrated Petzholdt's paintings. He inherited the painting from his mother, Minna Tuxen, who was daughter of Tramway Director C. W. and Louise Wolfhagen. The latter's mother Angelique was the sister of Petzholdt.
