English: Norwegian educational/public health poster promoting ideal bedtimes (bedtime routines) for school children aged 8, 12, and 16 (going to bed at 20:00, 21:00, and 22:00), issued in the 1920s. Lithography. Drawings of pupil/school boy/student.
Norsk bokmål: Plakat utgitt av Den norske Nationalforening mot Tuberkulosen, stifta i 1910 på initiativ fra Den norske lægeforening, og trykt som litografi i Oslo, trolig i andre halvdel av 1920-tallet:
Friske skolebarns sengetid. En grei regel: 8års barn i seng kl. 8, senere ett kvarters tillegg pr. år. Senere enn til kl. 10 bør ikke kolebarn være oppe. For svakelige elever kan det være nødvendig å være tidligere i seng enn her anført. Den norske Nationalforening mot Tuberkulosen. Lito. og trykt: Rudolf Borgersen, Oslo
