Description |
English: Frieze with Art Nouveau and Arts and Crafts influences. Panel features tall bouquets of stylized, rounded orange blossoms with green spade-shaped leaves. The stems at the bottom of the bouquets twist round and grow into triangular groupings of the same blossoms. Foliate motifs rendered in gold surround the blossoms and leaves, and an allover herringbone pattern adds texture behind the vegetation. The design is printed in shades of orange, green and gold on a beige ground. |
