Summary[edit]

Description
English: Friends' Meeting House, Scholes Lane, Scholes, Yorkshire. The Society of Friends (also known as the Quakers)opened a Sunday School in a cottage near here in 1859, and in 1883 this meeting house was built. Its architectural style is that of a chapel, and it has a graveyard, with a very neat array of gravestones, but the OS do not show it as a 'place of worship'.
