Description
English: Rochar A1439 frequency meter, chronometer, period meter using Nixie display tubes with 10 s acquisition time setting to have a resolution of 0.1 Hz.

The thermostated time base is at 5 MHz. We have test clock outputs on the front panel between 1 Hz and 10 MHz because the counting reliability was low. The design is from 1965 and with discrete components. HP 3325 synthesizer with 1 mHz resolution and using high integration components design circa 1985.Use of 7-segment red LED displays

Use in a laboratory of the former CIT company: Compagnie Industrielle des Télécommunications (CGE Group) Department of transmissions.
