English: Portrait of John Theodore of Bavaria (1703-1763), son of Maximilian II Emanuel, Elector of Bavaria
English: "Ritratto di Giovanni Teodoro di Baviera, vescovo di Ratisbona
Giovane con parrucca bianca, occhi grigio azzurri, veste nera con bottoni neri, nastro azzurro da cui pende una croce con pietre a riflessi blu. Sulla tavola coperta di panno blu corona con velluto rosso ed ermellino. Cornice dorata. Il pastello fu eseguito nel 1722 (come risulta dalla fattura dell'autrice in data 10 novembre: 'per fatto il ritratto del Vescovo di Ratisbona dal naturale con mane, s. 15'.), quando il giovane passò da Firenze andando a Roma e fece visita alla zia Violante, nella cui villa di Lappeggi è documentato in seguito insieme con quello del fratello Giovanni Teodoro. Passato alle Gallerie dal 1882 al 1972 è stato esposto nel Corridoio vasariano, ma inventariato come ritratto di re del Volterrano"
