| Description |
An SBB shunter hauls a French BB-15000 locomotive attached to a carriage owned by CFL (Luxembourg railways) and one owned by NMBS (Belgian railways). The rest of the train is SBB stock. Minus the shunter (which can only do 100km/h) this lot forms the EuroCity to Brussels. The train started in Zürich. Because of the voltage change between Switzerland and France the SBB locomotive is uncoupled in the main station. a dual-voltage shunter drops the French loco onto the front of the train, and then it hauls the whole lot to the 25kV section. |
