English:  : Former weapon manufacturing company site. - Gubacsi út, 9th district, Budapest.
Magyar:  : Volt Fegyvergyár (épült 1880-90-es évek) pincerendszer van a terület alatt, a I.? világháború alatt során a föld alatt működött egy idei a gyár, illetve itt történtek meg a próbabelövések. (http://wikimapia.org) A Hazai Fésűsfonó és Szövőgyár (alapítók: a terménykereskedéssel foglalkozó Kohner bankház és a Magyar Általános Hitelbank magyar részről, valamint az Elberfelder Textilwerke és a lipcsei Kammgarnspinnerei Stöhr Co. R.t.-k) 1922-ben megvette a terület (egy részét?) és elkezdte a fegyvergyártó csarnokokat átalakítani Quittner Ervin (1922-23) tervei alapján.
