| Description |
English: Former ore storage and marshalling yard at Nant y Gadwen. This photo is taken from near the weigh-machine house. The following link shows the stockyard at the top of the pier incline in the hey-day of Nant Gadwan (you would be regarded locally as a bit "posh" if you said "Nant y Gadwen"). The gentleman in the photo was Harry Thomas the mine 'gaffer'.
