Description
English: The building, located on Johnston Street, was originally used as an office for the Wagga Wagga Express which was one of the earliest newpapers in Wagga Wagga. The building was also used as offices for the Kyeamba and Mitchell Shire Council which was amalgamated with the City of Wagga Wagga in 1981.
