Summary[edit]

Description
English: Former Derbyshire Hospital for Women - Friar Gate, Derby Originally built in the 18th Century for the Wilmot family of Chaddesden Hall and subsequently owned by Alderman William Wheeldon. It was acquired in 1924 by the Derbyshire Hospital for Women who rebuilt it. The hospital closed in 1986 and it has since been converted to offices as part of the St. James's Court development.
