| Description |
English: Ford on the river Lossie near Kellas House A typical shoot cameo can be seen here. It is mostly the English Springer and the Labrador which are used in the pheasant shooting world. Spaniels excel at "working" the heavy cover to spring the birds and it is the Labrador that is favoured for "picking up" the fallen game. In the background you can see a "Picker-up" with a bag of pheasants and a few more in his hand. |
