Description

Der 1968 erschienene Ford P7 hieß erstmals nach dem Krieg nicht mehr "Taunus", da die Kunden oft nicht wahrnahmen, dass es sich hierbei um zwei Modelle (einerseits der kleine 12M/15M und andererseits der große 17M/20M) handelte.

Das Fahrzeugdesign wurde nach einem Jahr leicht verändert, daher die Bezeichnung "P7b". Etwa zur Gleichen Zeit erschien auch ein hierauf basierender Ford 26M als neues Spitzenmodell mit damals gigantischen 2,6L Hubraum.
