Summary[edit]
DescriptionFootpath from Leigh to Stumblehole - geograph.org.uk - 1029757.jpg |
English: Footpath from Leigh to Stumblehole Public footpath Leigh 430 provides a slightly shorter, more scenic, and certainly less muddy, route between Leigh Bridge and Deanoak Lane than bridleway Leigh 424. The stile into this field (off the bridleway) bore a Surrey CC sign warning of the ephemeral presence of a bull. On this occasion, he appeared to be among the herd of cattle on the far side of the field beyond the stile, but in common with the other cattle, seemed most interested in sheltering from the rain under the hedge. |
