Summary[edit]

Description
English: Footpath at the Gearagh The Gearagh gets its name from 'En Gaorthadh', the wooded river. It is a unique place of streams, river channels and small islands which was formed in a basin in the Lee valley at the end of the last Ice Age. Pictured here is a path through trees on the southern side of the lake. See:http://www.ucc.ie/staff/memmers/Gearagh.htm
