Description Lt. Gen. Thomas P. Bostick, commanding general of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, explains the importance of rebuilding our Nation’s infrastructure to federal, state and local partners in Folsom, Calif., Aug. 27, 2015, during a ceremony celebrating completion of the Folsom Dam auxiliary spillway control structure - Joint Federal Project Phase III. The project is part of a $900-million cooperative effort to improve the safety of Folsom Dam and reduce flood risk for the Sacramento area. (U.S. Army photo by Luke Burns / Released)
