Description
English: It is a Traditional Food. It is known by many names like Rakouch (Rakoz, Dal Kadhi). Which is served for Varah Pujan. It is also an ancient food. Which is made from Black Urad dal(Black Gram, Urad Bean, Urid Bean). This food is great for the Vaishnava community. Anyone can eat this food. It is beneficial for all. The method of making this is completely similar to the method of making Kadhi, Hence it is also called Dal Kadhi. This food is very powerful. It is very beneficial for those who are vegetarian because the pulse from which this food is prepared is very healthy.
हिन्दी: यह एक परांपरिक भोजन है। इसे रकोउच(रकोज़, दाल कढ़ी) कई नामों से जाना जाता है। जो कि वराह पुजन के लिए परोसा जाता है। यह एक प्राचीन भोजन भी है। जो काली उड़द की दाल से बनाया जाता है। यह भोजन वेष्णव समुदाय के लिए बहुत बढ़िया है। इस भोजन को कोई भी खा सकता है। यह सभी के लिए लाभदायक है। इसे बनाने की विधि पुरी तरीके से कढ़ी बनाने की विधि से मिलता जुलता है इसलिये इसे दाल कढ़ी नाम भी दिया जाता है। यह भोजन बहुत ही ताकतवर होता है। जो शाकाहारी है उनके लिए ये बहुत लाभदायक है क्योकि यह भोजन जिस दाल से बनाई जाती है वह दाल बहुत ही सेहतमंद है।
ਪੰਜਾਬੀ: ਇਹ ਇੱਕ ਰਵਾਇਤੀ ਭੋਜਨ ਹੈ। ਇਸਨੂੰ ਰਕੌਚ (ਰਕੋਜ਼, ਦਾਲ ਕੜੀ) ਵਰਗੇ ਕਈ ਨਾਵਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਜਾਣਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਜੋ ਵਰਾਹ ਪੂਜਨ ਲਈ ਵਰਤਾਇਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਇੱਕ ਪ੍ਰਾਚੀਨ ਭੋਜਨ ਵੀ ਹੈ। ਜੋ ਕਿ ਕਾਲੇ ਉੜਦ ਦੀ ਦਾਲ ਤੋਂ ਬਣਾਈ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਭੋਜਨ ਵੈਸ਼ਨਵ ਲਈ ਬਹੁਤ ਵਧੀਆ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਭੋਜਨ ਨੂੰ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਖਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਸਭ ਲਈ ਫਾਇਦੇਮੰਦ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਦਾ ਤਰੀਕਾ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਕੜ੍ਹੀ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਦੇ ਤਰੀਕੇ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲਦਾ ਜੁਲਦਾ ਹੈ, ਇਸ ਲਈ ਇਸਨੂੰ ਦਾਲ ਕੜੀ ਵੀ ਕਿਹਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਭੋਜਨ ਬਹੁਤ ਸ਼ਕਤੀਸ਼ਾਲੀ ਹੈ. ਸ਼ਾਕਾਹਾਰੀ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਲਈ ਇਹ ਬਹੁਤ ਫਾਇਦੇਮੰਦ ਹੈ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਜਿਸ ਦਾਲ ਤੋਂ ਇਹ ਭੋਜਨ ਤਿਆਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਬਹੁਤ ਹੀ ਸਿਹਤਮੰਦ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ।
