(C) Negative control incubated with water instead of periodic acid. Scale bars, 100 nm.
Deutsch: TME-Aufnahmen der Glykogenfärbung von chemisch fixierten, in Epon eingebetteten Dünnschnitten von Ca. Methylacidiphilum fumariolicum in der Übergangsphase II. (A) Die Glykogenfärbung ist in den ansonsten im Zytoplasma reichlich vorhandenen Partikeln geringer Elektronendichte zu sehen. (B) Vergrößerung der in (A) gezeichneten Box.
