Description

FORWARD OPERATING BASE FALCON, Iraq - 1st Lt. Robert Ganim, an infantry platoon leader from Cleveland, assigned to Company B, 1st Battalion, 22nd Infantry Regiment, 1st Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, Multi-National Division ñ Baghdad, listens to an Iraqi resident of the Saydiyah community address security in his neighborhood and surrounding communities, Jan. 8. The Soldiers of 'Bear' Co. partnered with Iraqi National Police from 1st Company, 1st Battalion, 5th Brigade, 2nd NP Div. during combined security operations to support the Iraqi Security Forces in their ongoing mission to provide security for the approximately 1.6 million people of the Rashid district of southern Baghdad.
