Stanley McChrystal, International Security Assistance Force and U.S. Forces Afghanistan commander, during the ceremony marking the change of command and the official activation of the NATO Training Mission - Afghanistan at Camp Eggers in Kabul, Nov. 21, 2009. Caldwell assumed command from Maj. Gen. Richard P.
