Description

Spc. Richard Garcia (left) and Spc. Darren Cecil of the 289th Military Police Company place a flag in front of a grave marker in Arlington National Cemetery's section 16. Servicemembers from all services gathered to place flags at ANC's more than 300,000 graves for "Flags In," an annual Memorial Day tradition.
