Tillotson, commander of Navy Expeditionary Combat Command, receives honors from side boys at the start of a change of command ceremony held at Naval Mine and Anti-Submarine Warfare Command. Cmdr. Eric Correll relieved Cmdr. Kyle Moses as commanding officer of Explosive Ordnance Disposal Training and Evaluation Unit (EODTEU) 1. EODTEU-1 provides advanced training to EOD Mobile Units, Mobile Diving and Salvage Unit One and other units supporting the Pacific Fleet.
