IKEGO, Japan (Feb. 19, 2012) Airman David Kamara, from Boston, assigned to the aircraft carrier USS George Washington (CVN 73), spots a Japanese Boy Scout on the rock-climbing wall at the Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka‚ Ikego Detachment, during a Kanagawa Prefecture Cub Rally. The Cub Rally hosted more than 3,000 Cub Scouts from the Scouting Association of Japan. George Washington is the Navy's only full-time forward-deployed aircraft carrier, ensuring security and stability in the western Pacific.
