| Description |
English: Flash Flood, Wrynose Looks like a large surge of water has scoured the fellside. Recently it has been very dry. I suspect this may have happened a few weeks ago when very heavy rain in this area prevented me from fell walking(disaster!).The flood appears to have simply burst out of the fellside as its path does not appear to coincide with an existing watercourse. River Brathay in the valley. |
