Description
English: Flag of Vietnam but the aspect ratio was modified for projects & circumstances that require 1:2 format (constitutional aspect ratio 2:3). It is not constitutionally and formally recognized by Vietnamese regulations.
Tiếng Việt: Biến thể Quốc kỳ Việt Nam với tỉ lệ cạnh 1:2 để sử dụng các trong trường hợp cần thiết vì lý do thẩm mỹ hoặc/và bố trí (tỉ lệ gốc của Hiến pháp quy định là 2:3 cho nên về lý thuyết, phiên bản này không được Hiến pháp công nhận và nên tránh được sử dụng trong các tài liệu chính thống, có liên quan đến yếu tố pháp lý hoặc các trường hợp cần phải tôn trọng thiết kế Quốc kỳ ở mức tối đa. Đề xuất sử dụng thiết kế chính thống trong các trường hợp khắt khe hoặc/và nhạy cảm)
