Description
Español: Bandera del municipio de Providencia (Nariño).

Franja azul superior significa el azul de sus cielos y la pureza de sus gentes. Franja media de color amarillo que significa la riqueza de este territorio en todos los aspectos. Franja inferior, de color azul que significa la gran riqueza que tenemos como el líquido más precioso como el agua, lo que hace de esta tierra una gran potencia hídrica. Costado izquierdo se encuentra un triangulo de color en forma de punta de flecha, significado la direccionalidad en la lucha de la conquista del progreso y la paz que tanto necesitamos. Estrella dorada significa los logros alcanzados por sus gentes a lo largo de la historia.
