Русский: Флаг муниципального образования — Поплевинское сельское поселение Ряжского муниципального района Рязанской области, Россия

Прямоугольное белое полотнище с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, имеющее вдоль древка жёлтую вертикальную полосу шириной в 1/4 длины флага, в верхней части которой изображена старинная зелёная княжеская шапка с чёрной опушкой и жёлтым украшением („городком“) с белой жемчужиной. На основной белой части полотнища изображены фигуры из герба муниципального образования: синяя диагональная волнистая полоса, шириной в 3/7 ширины флага, нисходящая из верхнего свободного угла к нижнему древковому, на которой изображён жёлтый ключ поверх того же цвета скрещённых меча и стрелы; над полосой изображены красные лилия над полумесяцем рогами верх, а ниже полосы — красная крепость с одной башней и со сквозной аркой без порога.
