«Прямоугольное двухстороннее полотнище с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, воспроизводящее фигуры герба сумона Дус-Дагский, выполненные красным и белым цветом».

Описание герба: «В червлёном поле — серебряное остриё, обременённое червлёной плетёной фигурой (узел „Долголетия“) наподобие косвенной из десяти (одна, три, два, три и одна) ячеек решётки; во главе — серебряный куб о трёх видимых гранях (одна и две) сопровождённый так же серебряными лучами, по пять веерообразно отходящими в стороны».
