Прямоугольное полотнище с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, на котором воспроизведена композиция герба муниципального образования без вольной части: полотнище состоит из белого и синего треугольников, разделённых диагональной линией, нисходящей от верхнего свободного угла в нижнему древковому, поверх которой помещена волнистая полоса переменных цветов (шириной несколько менее 1/4 ширины полотнища), на которой в центре изображена жёлтая открытая бочка, заполненная чёрным дёгтем; выше полосы на белой части изображён летящий к древку чёрный ворон с жёлтым круглым хлебом в клюве, а ниже неё на синей части изображены жёлтые лавровая ветвь и резец гравера, сложенные в крест.
