Description
Čeština: Modrý list s třemi bílými vlajícími klíny nad sebou s vrcholy ve druhé třetině délky listu. V žerďové a střední části listu krokvovitě (od žerdi 2,2,1) pět květů růží s červenými semeníky. Poměr šířky k délce listu je 2:3.
English: Flag of Blažejov. Blue with three white flytriangles; on blue 5 yellow flowers placed in the form of a hoistchevron.
Deutsch: Hissflagge der Gemeinde Blažejov. Blau mit drei Flugdreiecken. Auf dem Blau 5 gelbe Blüten in der Form eines Lieksparrens angeordnet.
