Summary[edit]

Description
English: Anchorage, AK (May 24)--National Marine Fisheries Service enforcement Officer Reggie Hammonds (l) and Karen Coughlin, president of the Food Bank of Anchorage, sign paperwork transferring ownership of processed, frozen fish seized from the Chinese Fishing Vessel Ying Fa after it was caught fishing illegally in U.S. waters in early May. The Coast Guard transported the frozen fish from Adak, Alaska to Anchorage so it could be delivered to homeless shelters and food banks across the state.
